loader_xp.exe   - hook k32 via LdrInitilizeThunk works on XP SP2 (maye other XPs as well)
loader.exe      - hook k32 before entrypoint, safe for all windowses...
dllcreator.exe  - creates .asm/.def/.inc to templates from any given .dll
